Aliso Niguel High School in Aliso Viejo was evacuated Monday following a phoned-in threat, but it was later determined to be unfounded, sheriff's officials said. The threat phoned into the school at 28000 Wolverine Way came in just before 8 a.m., Orange County sheriff's Sgt. Michael Woodroof said. School administrators immediately cleared the campus of teachers, students and staff as deputies scoured the school grounds and classrooms for any threats, Woodroof said. Deputies could not find any signs of a threat, the sergeant added.
