A 21-year-old man with a series of recent drug and weapons arrests was behind bars Monday on suspicion of shooting two 17-year-old boys in Laguna Hills, leaving one victim in critical condition. Luis Angel Martinezmondragon of Aliso Viejo was booked on suspicion of attempted murder, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. The shooting occurred about 10:05 p.m. Saturday in the 25000 block of Alicia Parkway near the Laguna Hills Community Center, deputies said. The victims were rushed to a hospital.
